Synopsis

Ukraine's entry for the Oscars reveals the fate of Ukrainian journalists trapped in the embattled port city of Mariupol. As the last international voices on the ground, they document the atrocities of the Russian invasion. Facing constant threats from bombings and scarce resources, they tirelessly strive to make their reports accessible to the world. They defy immense dangers and the pervasive presence of Russian troops to expose the unvarnished truth. A gripping insight into courageous war reporting and the journalism that portrays a besieged country.
